LAKE-SITE STORAGE
In April 1997, Lawns Unlimited, Inc. constructed a rental facility on our adjacent land. To date, we enjoy 77 units in various sizes. These units have been constructed with quality in mind through Morton Buildings. Each unit is prorated for the customers’ needs and length of service. A damage deposit is required but refunded upon final inspection by Lawns Unlimited, Inc. staff. No hazardous materials or chemicals are allowed in the facilities. No electrical service provided. We provide insurance on the facility only and bear no responsibility for the contents of such stored materials by our clients. Rent is due on the first of each month and considered late after the third.

Sizes and prices include the following.
10 x 10 units: $32.50 per month / Deposit $32.50
10 x 12 units: $36.50 per month / Deposit $36.50
10 x 15 units: $40.00 per month / Deposit $40.00
10 x 20 units: $47.50 per month / Deposit $47.50
10 x 24 units: $55.00 per month / Deposit $55.00
